Isis3D stands behind our products and wants you to be completely satisfied with your printing experience. We accept returns of any defective item within 30 days of purchase. Unless the cause of the return is our error, we regretfully cannot cover return shipping costs.

When returning items, please note:

• Items must be unused and in good condition.
• Please package materials carefully. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping and cannot issue refunds on items that have been damaged during return shipping.
• We cannot accept items that have broken or stopped working due to use other than their intended purpose.
• When exchanging for a return, we must receive the item before a replacement will be sent out.
• Consider purchasing insurance on expensive return packages.
